June 12 - Holyhead Harpies v. Appleby Arrows. I get to start as Beater against my Aunt Gwenog! It's going to be a terrific match. Very exciting. I can't wait! I expect the lot of you to be there. This is a game I don't think you'd want to miss.

[Hannah]

I'm no longer speaking to Ernie for the foreseeable future.

[Private]

Why did Ernie have to say anything? Why couldn't he stay out of my business? What sort of friend does that?

Arrows vs. Wasps was an absolutely brilliant match! And we won! It was great to be part of that winning team in a starting position. It is always great when we win, but it was such an exhilarating feeling to actual play in the match. It was a great opportunity for me to get that experience. I can't wait for the next match I get to play in.

Helga I've been busy. My first match starting is in a few weeks and I'm excited! Its the Arrows vs. the Wasps, our greatest rivals. It is going to be brilliant!

Just found out some exciting news today after Quidditch practice. I'll get to start in a few games in February and March! It's only temporary and I'll be back on the reserves after the matches in March, but its still exciting! I'll be working extra hard over the next few months to be sure that I am prepared to play. Despite the extra time I plan to spend practicing, don't anybody worry. If anyone wants to do something, I'm all for it and would probably appreciate the break. Sadly, I will have to give up my Herbologist training when the matches get closer. Again, that will only be temporary.

On a different note, does anybody know why someone would send an invitation to a Christmas tea before Halloween? Is two months notice really necessary?

This looks like fun!

Write 5 facts About Yourself:

1. I love to be outside.
2. I also love to bake and I'm very good too.
3. I'm related to Gwenog Jones, she's my aunt.
4. Before I lived with Susan, I lived with my aunt, and before that with my grandparents.
5. I still can't decide which career path I want to take because I enjoy them both so much.

So I went on a bit of a baked good craze the other day. I made way too much. So much more than anything Susan and I can get eaten and here I am announcing it to everyone. If you'd like a variety of muffins and biscuits of different flavours, just let me know and I'll send some on the way. By the way, they are really good and don't want them to go to waste. Cheers!

She was a great player. It's terrible that she's gone, just like that.

I'd like to announce that I have finished moving in with Susan. As in, everything actually has a place and that place is not the floor.

Now that the World Cup has come and gone, I've been extremely busy with Quidditch. It is so strange that I'm so busy and I'm only reserve. Guess that is how I manage to spend a couple of days with the Herbologist in London. It doesn't leave much room for breaks. Wish I could just make up my mind already; at least I'm still enjoying both of them equally.

Susan and I have these two cute pygmy puffs named Sparky and Cupcake. They are so much fun.

Hope everyone, in school, is enjoying the year! Hope everyone else is fine too!

Gosh that match was bloody brilliant! What a catch there at the end! I think what I enjoyed the most about the match was being able to sit with my friends. I'm glad Aunt Gwen was able to snag all of those extra tickets.

To anyone who didn't go, wish you had. You missed out on a brilliant time.

I want to be sure I've got the right number of tickets for tomorrow, so let me know if this is correct.

I have a ticket for:
Michael
Ernie
Hannah
Susan
Neville
Ginny
Lisa
Derek
Mandy

We've got a few more tickets and if you'd like one speak up.

[Private]
Poor Hannah. I hope she's okay. I hope she'll have some fun tomorrow.

[Private to Hannah]
Are you okay?

[Hexed Against Neville]

I'm so excited for his surprise party. It's going to be fun! I'm bringing plants and I'm going to need help transporting them all. After shrinking all the ones I want to bring, they fit in two boxes, but I can only manage transporting one. Someone please take the other box for me?
[/Hexed Against Neville]

[Private]
Ha. She's finally sent a letter with a date. August 13th. Hmm. I'd rather go to the World Cup than go to a party. I haven't seen her in years. I can go a few more. I know she's my mum and it would be beneficial to go, but I've lived without a mum for most of my life.

WORLD CUP IN TWO WEEKS! I'm counting down.

Feb. 10th, 2009

I've slightly narrowed done my two options and went and tried out for a couple of teams. I made reserve beater for the Appleby Arrows! However, I plan on keeping myself quite busy. I'm going to study one or two days a week with a Herbologist. I'm hoping that by the start of next year, I will have chosen the job I want to perform full-time. Become either a Herbologist myself or a professional Quidditch player for the Harpies. Both would be years away but I really don't mind. I'd be happy with either because I love being outside.

Quidditch World Cup is in a month! I'm excited!

Draco & Teddy & Mrs. Malfoy: The party was lovely and I enjoyed myself greatly. Thanks so much for the invite!

Since the end of the year is near, I just remembered something. As some of you may know, the Quidditch World Cup is going to be held near here later this summer. My Aunt Gwenog has managed to get a bunch of tickets, for free, and if anyone is interested in attending, just let me know! It'll be first come, first served because I am not sure how many she was able to get, though I'm sure its enough, but just in case.

I had a good birthday last week, but did not get a chance to write about it. Somehow my journal got into my little brothers' hands last week and I just got it back. My little siblings are just pesky little monsters whom I adore to bits no matter what.

Now, I'm ready for the summer because Aunt Gwenog is going to have tickets for the Quidditch World Cup. I am quite excited, not only for seeing the match, but for spending time with aunt as well. It feels like I haven't seen her in a long time, even though I saw her at Christmas.

[Private]
I can't believe that woman. After 11 years of no contact and now an invitation, no a summons is more like it, for a party honoring me! She left us and I think she should have just stayed gone. I don't want to go to it, especially without my family there. I really doubt she sent an invite to daddy. Clara and Nathan don't even know mum, so it would probably be best that it stays how it is. And I know Andrew would be thinking the same thing. I suppose I should go send him an owl.

[Private to Self]
This is all so upsetting and I'm not even affected by the Ministry. How could they have done this-gone to extremes? I've been wondering that ever since the news came about. I've been meaning to write to Grandfather and ask him about it, but try as I may, I still seem to be falling ever more behind in classes. I guess I should just take the effort to do so. This is wrong and it seems that there will never be enough of us to have our voices actually heard.

This weekend was fun.

I shall be leader for our loyal house for this goodwill thing. I hope I don't screw up I hope everyone approves of this!
[/Hufflepuffs]

[Ernie]
Oy, what happened exactly?
[/Ernie]

[Hannah]
Want to take a walk around the lake with me? And you can tell me what
[/Hannah]

[Neville]
Have you checked on our hybrid recently? Homework has kept me too bogged down to check on it and just wanted to know how it was doing.
[/Neville]

A game of Quidditch? I love it! Of course, there are more important things to worry about sometimes, like what am I going to do I'm not going to but it is nice to do something for fun. Now, homework is not always fun, and I have to work on some of it now. or else I'll fall behind

Dear me, I really misplaced this journal among my clothes possessions. I really enjoyed the carnival last month, not only helping out but getting to see everything and play beach volleyball. I really enjoyed it. Of course, there was that rubbish in the Prophet about taxing former Death Eaters. Like I said, rubbish.

Now...

Happy Valentine's Day!

I'm hoping everyone is having a good day. I am. I hope everyone enjoyed the chocolate frog I sent (unless you can't handle the chocolate). I love getting chocolates on this day, even though I don't have a valentine. Any blokes want to volunteer for that position? No? That's OK!

I am really looking forward to spring and wish it were already here. As much I as I love spending time in the greenhouses with the plants, I'd like to be outside with the ones that grow naturally around Hogwarts. Also, it would be fun to walk around the lake.

Well, I think I'm going to head outside anyway and spend some time in the sunlight.
